sametime 1:04
I have not posted anything about the "sametime 1:04" project because it does not influence me what so ever. The idea is taken directly from our film photography teacher from last semester, Michael Lease. I actually find it quite rude to directly steal someone else's project. I would not be happy to know that someone else is redoing what I just finished doing. Just changing the time from 7:30 to 1:04 does not make it a new project. It's still a copycat. Why not change other aspects of the project as well?

Thank you for visiting our website. However, there are a few things our group would like to clear up.
ReplyDeleteBefore starting this project, the members of our project talked to Michael Lease in order to get permission to create our own version of his project. We have stated several times the Sametime 1:04 is directly inspired by Sametime 7:15 and have never claimed the idea as our own. We are four completely different people with unique outlooks on life which, in the Sametime 1:04 project, we express through images and text. Our images and text are unrelated to Sametime 7:15 and are completely original. Sametime 1:04 is our way of honoring and praising Sametime 7:15 for its ideas and concepts.
The Sametime 1:04 project simply allows us to be creative and take at least one image everyday. We are disappointed that you did not enjoy our site but hope that this explanation has helped to further understand our project. Thanks again for visiting the website.
